The website explains one aiNOW product and lets you submit an inquiry. You may not attack the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or reuse its content as your own service.

Submitting the form starts a discussion. It does not create a binding order, fixed price, delivery date or service obligation.

Deliverables, integrations, access, approval points, exclusions, timeline, price, payment, ownership, support and termination are confirmed in a written proposal or separate contract before work starts.

Illustrative screens and numbers are examples unless clearly identified as measured client data. AI NOW LLC does not guarantee a business result controlled by customers, platforms, the market or third parties.

External platforms, stores, advertising networks, hosting and other providers have their own terms and may change access, pricing or approval decisions. Their fees are separate unless the project documents say otherwise.

The website design, copy and code belong to AI NOW LLC or their licensors. Ownership and handover of project deliverables are defined in the written project documents.

The website is provided for information and inquiry. Project responsibility is governed by the signed documents and mandatory Georgian law. Disputes are first addressed through negotiation and otherwise under Georgian law.

Data availability, completeness and update frequency depend on external sources, APIs, licences and platform restrictions and may change. A plan quota is a processing ceiling, not a guarantee of finding that many records. AI NOW LLC may update public offers for new orders at any time. Changes to existing customers’ features, limits or prices require a reasonable basis: changes in law, security requirements, supplier terms or costs, loss of source access or technological development. Changes must be proportionate to their cause. Individually agreed terms take precedence.

AI NOW LLC gives existing customers at least 30 calendar days’ notice of price increases or material reductions in agreed functionality through the agreed email address or another channel that allows the notice to be retained. Notice states the reason, changes, effective date and cancellation process. Increased prices apply only at renewal after both the notice period and the fully prepaid period have ended. Planned material reductions during a prepaid period require customer consent. Customers may decline renewal without a cancellation penalty. Fixes and improvements without material detriment or additional charges may take effect immediately. Publishing revised website terms does not itself amend an existing contract.

Where a third party disables a source, use becomes unlawful or a specific security risk is identified, AI NOW LLC may immediately restrict the affected function to the extent necessary, notify the customer without undue delay and propose an available alternative. If this materially removes the agreed benefit and an equivalent replacement is not agreed, the customer may terminate the affected service without penalty and receive a proportionate refund of prepaid, unprovided service; if the package’s main purpose is lost, the package may be terminated. Mandatory customer rights and liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law remain unaffected. This policy must form part of the agreement or subscription terms made available before ordering.
